🕌 Apollonia – The Ancient Greek-Roman City Upon arrival, you will explore the Archaeological Park of Apollonia, one of Albania’s most important ancient sites, founded in the 6th century BC. Walk among the ruins of temples, amphitheaters, and ancient roads while learning about the city’s history as a major cultural and trade center. A visit to the Apollonia Monastery, with its stunning medieval architecture, adds to the experience.
🏛️ Durrës – The Ancient City by the Sea After Apollonia, we drive to Durrës, Albania’s second-largest city and home to the country’s biggest port. Here, you will visit the Durrës Amphitheater, one of the largest and most impressive Roman ruins in the Balkans.
